I take a home-brew morning drink first thing every morning consisting of 4T of aloe vera juice, 2T of wolfberry juice concentrate, 1T of natural apple cider vinegar, and a couple of packets of stevia. I started my 3 year old son on this last week and have seen a huge difference. I was a little concerned because it was such a change in behavior where I thought there was something wrong with him. But I have seen a good change. He got his first "good conduct award" at school yesterday. As far as side effects, I'm not sure what to look for - if any. One thing I have noticed is a spike in his temperature and he says he's tired and want to sleep last two days. I don't know if the drink had anything to do with it...or has fever? Once I give him fever reducer, he's fine. Any one else experience anything like this?
