Our Shipping & Returns (FAQ)

We ship from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada, located next to a United States Postal Service logistics hub. U.S. customers shipping to a major metropolitan area will receive shipment between 1 to 2 days. Rural customers, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands will receive shipment in 3 days.

For international orders, estimated shipping times will be calculated before your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Most U.S. orders qualify for free shipping. If your order does not qualify, or is an international order, shipping is calculated in real-time, based on weight and distance. We do not mark up our shipping costs in order to give you the best rate.

Do you charge handling or service fees?

No.

What is the cutoff time for shipments?

We process and ship all orders received until 1:00 pm, Eastern (EST/EDT).

Can I track my package?

Yes. Tracking is included with every order.

Can I add insurance to my package?

Yes, just request it in your order comments when you checkout. We'll add the cost of insurance to your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Seacoast is known around the globe for our unique products.

For international shipments, we prefer United States Postal Service. We offer First Class, Priority and Express Mail.

How much does it cost to ship outside of the USA?

International shipments are charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. Seacoast prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Please familiarize yourself with the import tariffs of your country. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the shipment. Some countries may require you to pay a duty (import tax) in order to collect your products, but some may allow orders up to a certain value. Seacoast does not monitor nor alert you to these costs which may be extra when you receive your order. Although we will refund the cost of returned products, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping internationally.

Additionally, we do not lower the declared value of the shipment under any circumstance.

Can I return my product?

Yes. Unopened items may be returned within 45 days of shipping. Vitamins-Direct members may return un-opened product past 45 days, and may also return opened products within 45 days for a full refund.

Is there a restocking fee?

No.
