Question: hi i have been juicing beetroot with other fruits daily and also at times when i don have the time i take beetroot juices in crystal form. ok pls let me know if i take the tablets does it have the same benefits as the juices. i have my BP undercontrol and well my stamina has improved and when i workout in the gym i find my cardio has improved. pls furnish me the benefits of these tablets pls thanks cheeers
