PGX is the best weight loss product I have ever used. It really does what it says it will do to curb your appetite. The directions say 1-2 softgels before meals and work towards 3-6 per meal. I couldn't get past 3 before each meal I felt so full. No more cravings and I've lost 10 pounds. Thank you Seacoast for this non-stimulating natural way to eat less and lose weight.
