Question: I like the product, but it is not a magic pill, you have to add exescire to your routine. It will give you more energy to workout, and if you're incresing muscle you automatically boost your metabolism which will help you burn fat faster. I take 2 pills in the morning 1 hr before I eat and it's enough to keep me going all day. I don't recommend you take it after 3 pm because it has caffeine and can keep you up at night. The only bothersome side effect I've experienced is dry skin. I do get jittery at times too, but after I eat I'm ok. I plan on taking it until I drop 15 lbs, then I will stop.
