I have had sore back pain off and on for 40 years resulting from a teenage motorcycle accident. Even it didn't "hurt" at times, I could always feel a tiny bit of soreness. A friend suggested I try Curcumin Plus (Phenocane) since it had worked for her own back pain. I took two capsules, waited 5 hours and took two more (as directed). A while after, it dawned on be that there was a total absence of any back discomfort. Amazing. It has been over a year and it is still effective. I have had virtually no instances of real pain since. I now swallow one capsule with Breakfast and one right after Lunch. If I have time to sleep in on Saturday or Sunday mornings, I sometimes take one at bedtime as insurance that back discomfort won't wake me up as it did in the past. No side effects or reactions to this either. I suggested it to my brother-in-law and he has had similar results. It seems to work against soreness and pain caused primarily by inflammation. I Googled the ingredients and read many reports. Some say that the "real" Curcumin that was effective in pain studies is pure Curcumin, and should not contain the other ingredients contained in Curcumin Plus. Well, I tried that version and it did not work well. In addition Seacoast sells this for a good price. I do NOT have any affiliation or interest in Seacoast by the way!! This is the real deal - I'm sure it will not work for everyone, but I highly recommend that anyone with a sore back try this.
