Lavender Calm is a wonderful product for helping the body handle stress + anxiety - it really helps "take the edge" off without making you the least bit tired. It nourishes the adrenal glands and contains 5htp which is a serotonin precursor, which helps with minor depression. Please note that it does smell like lavender when you open the bottle and when you swallow it - the flavor/smell does not repeat however. It is NOT appropriate for people who are on SSRIs due to the inclusion of the 5htp so speak with your doctor if you are on any kind of antidepressants before taking this product.

After being misdiagnosed as an infection, I learned that I had shingles without skin symptoms. Finally, after seeing a homeopathic doctor, I was finally diagnosed correctly. Creatine supplementation has been a nice way for me to increase lean muscle mass and add a little extra performance to my workouts. I perform endurance activities, especially long distance running, and have a slim, slender physique. In trying to add a little extra edge by bulking up slightly and adding muscle mass, I've had great results through Natural Sport's creatine to help me along the way. Always drink lots of water with the product, and make sure sure to take it consistently. I like to do half before a workout, and half afterwards. In addition, I also use their L-Glutamine product for digestion and to aid in muscle recovery as well. I understand there may be additional benefits to sufferers of Parkinson's Disease and other neurological disorders. A great product overall and I will continue using it for the foreseeable future.

This is a fantastic new probiotic. I started taking it one month ago for constipation, gas and bloating. My Dr. recommended I take one but with so many to choose it was not easy. I called Seacoast and they were so helpful and knowledgeable in suggesting the best one for me. My symptoms are almost gone but because I learned how important probiotics are for overall and immune health I will continue to use TriActive Daily. I have been purchasing Blood Sugar since 2005 when my mom broke her hip. My pop is now a Type II diabetic and this product, combined with his other meds, keeps his blood sugar in the 60 - 110 range in the a.m. We've been purchasing it from Seacoast since 2005 and I don't know what we'd do without Seacoast. They are truly awesome. Recently, I had to take a friend of ours into the ER because he was having a stroke. While I was there, I met a woman that was there because of chest pains. When I got to talking to her and learned that she has Type II diabetes and no insurance, I wrote down on a piece of paper the name of the blood sugar and the Seacoast web site address.
