    Question: These 2:01 800 meter runners do not seem to be runinng their hardest in either time trial. 10:46 equates to 5:46mile pace. Either way, according to the study abstract both trials had equal O2 uptake and HR, and blood lactate did not differ between the condtions. This seems like a huge increase. There are limited participants, but still very well done. Double blind, crossover. Done on a treadmill, so weather not an effect. Has caffeine been shown to have an effect this large?

                    Question: I'm sorry you have this, but I'm glad someone else has the preblom too. I feel like I can not have sex without a urinary tract infection. No, it's not a question of hygiene, cleanliness, etc. I tried everything and I would always get them.                       Question: I started encreienpixg menopausal symptoms about 18 months ago, the most noticeable and annoying being the hot flashes and night sweats. I read about this menopause formula and figured it was worth a try. I've been taking it for a month now, and I have noticed a significant decrease in both the frequency and severity of the hot flashes and night sweats. It took about two weeks before I noticed any changes. I haven't had any night sweats for about two weeks, and the hot flashes are more like warm tingles.
