      Question: creatine hasnt been examined by the FDA and nodboy really inspects the supplement for purity outside of the actual manufacturer so be sure not to buy any cheep weird stuff off the internet get it GNC or something , as for the small dose creatine has a loading phase were you take alot of creatine for 5 to 7 days and the a maintenance phase were you take small doses to maintain your new strength and muscles, just remember to stay hydrated because creatine increases water retention in your muscles which puts you at risk of dehydration. so yes it will help alotgood luck hoped that helped

                  Question: My child took them for one month only, then too much sugar overwhelmed her, she reefsud to take them. I ordered 4 bottles, and don't know what to do with the rest. Tried myself, didn't like them at all: fishy smell, too much sugar and sticking to teeth.
