          Question: I was given a prescription for retsless leg syndrome and to help me sleep better. The side affects were horrible! Stopped taking it. By chance picked up a womans world magazine and it mentioned cherries before bed help you sleep. Bought 100 dark cherry juice and drink 2-4Ounces each night. It works. Sleeping better and lots less tossing and turning.

              Question: Some time ago, I was actually seikeng the highest EPADHA ratio in Omega-3 supplements, as the EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) seemed to better help mood stability. I think Nordic Naturals' EPA 1000 mg formula was the highest, and I was attempting to get 1-2 gdaily into me.I wish I'd known, after my son was born 17 years ago, that a) Omega-33-6-9 was something useful for several postpartum needs (skin, heart, at least) and that b) I was bipolar. I might have been more resilient to the changes stressors in my life, even if I wasn't able to fully medicate until weaning.
