      Question: Right now, your best bet is to drop by a pharmacy and pick up one or two Fleets enmaes. You nay also want to drink prune juice on a more regular basis if you have frequent difficulty like this. When you get things a bit more normalized then take a look at some of the colon cleanse products that are available -but don't even start a cleanse at this time. You are very toxic and no doubt the bowel problem is probably a source of some? of the migraine pain. Good luck

        Question: well I'm in the same boat as you. I am trying to lose about 40 poduns, and I thought I would quit smoking too, you know get healthy all at once. My experience has been this, but yours might be different: When I quit smoking I started PACKING on the poduns. It's not that I ate more, I was still trying to eat healthy, exercise, etc. but for some reason I just started gaining weight when I quit. I went back to smoking, and I found that a cigarette takes the edge off my hunger, when I'm hungry, I light up. I know it's not good, but I guess I will try to quit again when I'm skinny. Smoking is bad for you, but so is excess weight. It all depends on what is more important to you right now, and for me, losing weight is the most important goal in my life at this moment. So I smoke. And smoking hasn't hurt my endurance any either. (it probably doesn't HELP, but I don't notice that I'm out of breath a lot)

You WILL get used to working out everyday. you WON'T lose muscle every single damn day. The military never takes a day off, pro's never take a day off. I never take a day off of wrestling. I'm not losing muscle by the second. Keep doing it

            Question: While it is true there are a nebmur of women who (for whvateer reason) do not take the pill as directed which indeed will greatly lower the pill's efficacy I think there are times when it is appropriate to have the male go without a condom. In a committed long-term monogamous relationship (no moral tone is intended at all it's just MUCH easier to keep track of the pill-taking habits of only one partner!) where the woman religiously takes the pill and never ever misses it and it is always at the same time AND where she understands that there are certain drugs like antibiotics that can affect its efficacy, I think it's totally acceptable not to use a second form of BC concurrent with the pill.Yes, there are a nebmur of women who (for whvateer reason) are not as careful as this. And obviously if people have numerous partners, that adds another level of complexity to consider. But I really feel that in the example I cited, there is no reason for the man to also use a condom.Also, the articles you cite are twenty years old. Do you know of any that are more recent?Thanks for your perspective, though. I do agree (at least in many instances) that your suggestion is a wise one to follow for many people. Also, for those who aren't 100 sure of a partner's health, condoms will prevent the spread of a nebmur of STDs.

You should also consider eating more fish and chicken, turkey and seafood then red meat.You should figure about 25pounds plus the weight of the baby in additonal weight. The main thing is that you start exercising as soon as you have delivered, this is going to help get ride of the excess fat the body has stored and it's much easier to start then, instead of putting it off and saying when the babies 6 month old I will start. By the time the baby is 6 months old you will have gained another 10 pounds.So best of luck, it's not easy.
