      Question: Newly going through posmienepaure at 48 I am voracious in understanding what is happening to me 3-4 hot flashes an hour 24 hours a day, huge memory problems, inability to sleep, unbelievably irratable and more I had no idea what to expect! And trying to determine the right course of action well when you become a different person within a year I am now having to figure out who I am and what to do with my new old body and mental health and now need to really address maintenance for myself. So I will anxiously be awaiting what you have to share!

        Question: If you wanna gain alot of muscle wegiht, you need to really eat. Unless you care more about definition than actual strength, then here's it. You've seen michael phelps eat right? Massive amounts of food, and he has no abs or ripped arms, but is amazing. So, my advice is to have a large feast, containing pasta, and meats for preferable energy. With that in you, you then do an intense workout. Search online for one you like, and eat alot, and just go all out, even strengthening your current workout. But your muscles really work with all those carbs and that load of protein in oyu. Hope I helped!

          Question: Instead of being so scrupulous about ciraloes, listen to your body, if you seem to be more hungry eat if your not then don't eat as much. Your babies needs will vary and that's why our cravings are heightened at this time. Just eat well all the time! Concentrate on that instead of how much. If your a person who naturally eats well and doesn't binge, then you shouldn't have a problem. Also, exercise! Yes, you will gain weight, it's natural and normal! Gaining a healthy 25 lbs or so is normal, however gaining 40 or 50 isn't. But don't stress about that, if your doing everything right during pregnancy, the weight will come off quickly after wards!Foods to eat:fruitsveggieswhole grainsproteins (no nitrates or processed meats and avoid pork and beef, eat only when craving for necessary nutrients)Dairy (eat a limited amount of high fat dairy, like cheese, cream cheese, butter)NO SUGAR!

            Question: and that didn't really do much ethier. Anyway, I have researched and researched medical journals and the internet and began looking into probiotics after reading a medical article on how they can eliminate female issues (bacterial vaginosis, UTI's, candida infections). I read about this probiotic and went to their website to further inquire. It has been a miracle. I have been taking it for three weeks (two capsulesday) and have not had one infection! Unbelievable.                   Question: I love your videos, I stertad watching them when I decided to go natural bc I didn't want to BC. I recently transitioned chopped and am slowly adjusting to my new look.
