Drink lots of water to hydrate your skin and avoid too much sun.                   Question: People debate surcensen? weird. Thanks for the ideas we are always looking for ways besides staying out of the sun to keep us from looking old. Too late for me, the damage is done, but my daughters are kind of thinking they could end up with a few spots themselves! If the worst thing I take out of my life filled with tons of sun is sun spots, I will be pretty dang happy, in fact I am :)
