Review I do not eat enough fish to balance my omega-3s with the amounts of omega-6s I consume, so I take two tablespoonfuls of Carlsons cod liver oil a day. It tastes great and I feel it helps boost my immune system. Fish oil gel-caps and other solid supplements can easily become rancid (you know it if you burp up a fishy aftertaste following ingestion). Carlson's stays fresh in the fridge for an extended time, and I have never had any go rancid on me. I love it.
