Country Life Liga-Tend (100 Tabs) is a synergistic combination of several different ingredients that works to help support ligaments and the structure and function of tendons.  This product is perfect for those people that are suffering from poorly functioning ligaments or tendons.  The combination of L-Proline, glycine and shark cartilage work with other vitamins, minerals and enzymes to do this.

This product contains no yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch or any preservatives.  Adults should take 1 tablet 3 times daily.  Take between meals for best use.
