PGX is the best weight loss product I have ever used. It really does what it says it will do to curb your appetite. The directions say 1-2 softgels before meals and work towards 3-6 per meal. I couldn't get past 3 before each meal I felt so full. No more cravings and I've lost 10 pounds. Thank you Seacoast for this non-stimulating natural way to eat less and lose weight. This product "ROCKS!" I have been on fat burners for years, I eat right, do full contact Karate 3hrs twice a week, walk, bike, weights. I plateaued on my weight lost about 2 years ago, and I'm always starving. Well Last week I started taking 3 PGX Daily solfgels before each meal with a large glass of water. Now I'm eating ONLY 3 healthy meals a day. For the first time in my adult life I'm only eating 3 meals a day! WOW! Second day of using PGX Daily I had only 3 meals and no in between snacks to keep my blood sugar levels in place. Every day keeps getting better! Im eating less and less.
