Review This was recommended to me from a neighbor. I started using this to help lower my blood sugar. It normally ran around between 150-170. So to prevent taking meds I chose this product. After using this for 3 months it is at 105. Very pleased with that. I will continue to use Alpha lipoic acid to help maintain a normal reading.
