I took this product to help me sleep. I noticed within about an hour, my heart rate increased. I also noticed numbness in my left arm and left side of my face. Tingling in my feet and weird sensations in my mouth. I figured this may not be a good thing..( tounge in cheek). Bloodpressure 130/93
