Source Naturals 5 HTP is one of the many sources I've tried. It was best tolerated at night a few hours after eating, but made me sick to my stomach if I took it before eating in the mornings. The biggest downside to the product is that it is in 50mg capsules instead of 100mg capsules. I have heard great things about Lidtke's l-Tryptophan as well, but have not tried it.
I would definately use Source Natural's 5-HTP is available to me, but prefer LifeLink and Solaray's.

Nordic Naturals ProOmega Joint has made a significant difference in my joint mobility after just 1 month of taking 2 capsules per day. My cholesterol was a little high and when I went for my last check up my Dr. said my levels were in the healthy range again. We contribute this to taking Nordic Naturals fish oil. I highly recommend this product.

I've been using Nordic Naturals for about 6 months. My son had delayed speech. Initially I tried an EFA supplement which triggered some improvements with his speech. The greatest improvement came when I switched him to Nordic Naturals ProEFA. Within a week, he was saying things more clearly. By the 2nd week, he was expressing himself more, using hand gestures to describe what he wanted, and attempted to say it verbally. Highly recommend it.

I began using the product about a week ago (December 7, 2012). My blood pressure had been hovering around 130/80. After taking the product for 3 days, I checked my blood pressure at a neighborhood supermarket. To my disbelief, my first reading was 114/64. I took it again and it was 120/62. Upon taking another reading, it was 111/60! Since age 21, my blood pressure had been 110/70. Since growing younger, it had gotten as high as 152/84. Now at age 52, it is almost back to normal. Actually my diastolic pressure is lower.

I have been using this product for several months now for overall health. I have noticed a shine to my hair and my nails are stronger. My skin tone is also must healthier looking. I believe it is also helping my immune system, because normally I get colds and flu's however have not suffered with any of that either. Nordic Naturals is an excellent brand. I like the fact that if I buy 3 or more bottles from Seacoast Vitamins I receive free shipping.

Considerable evidence is that CLA can help shift some portion of metabolism toward fat and away from muscle. The generic compound likely works, but much of the study and anecdotal reporting refers to Tonalin, the proprietary version sourced from safflower oil. Before I found Source Naturals' CLA at Seacoast, I was getting a similar product from another supplier (who shall remain alphabetically nameless). Recently, they started rebranding their product with "Tone-a-lean". Nice try but not the same thing. I take the CLA for several weeks, then skip a few. I do seem to have a noticeable increase in fat loss when taking it.

I have been using Nordic Naturals Arctic Cod 16 oz for 4 years. Everyone in our home takes it plus lots of my friends. I have been to 4 doctors who have mentioned it by name, and say they also use it. We have had any 'after taste' problems with this product. I take 1-2 TBS per day. I'm 67 and take no medications, only supliments. BP 120/70 Cholestrol 138 triglicerides 80. I had a 64 slice cat scan of my heart and had 0 plaque, no blockage. I order 8-10 pints at a time for family and friends .... great product ... wouldn't start my day with out it.

Source Natural's Melatonin is one of the few melatonin products that is taken sub-lingually. This is one of the key factors in this product's success, I believe, as so many of the other melatonin products which are ingested end up causing "loopy" dreams. They are fast acting and taste just fine.
The most common use for this product for myself is to use it to get my sleep schedule back on track. Over the counter sleeping pills severely degrade quality of sleep, and leave me restless all night long. Natural melatonin is quickly absorbed sub-lingually and gets me to bed quick. If I have an important meeting, or early wake up call, I rely on this product.
I like to combine it with 5-HTP for more restorative sleep which makes daily stresses much more manageable.
