        Question: During your first phase of P90X, the Fat Shredder' calls for a 503020 ratio of protein, cmelpox carbs, and health fats. Assuming your caloric intake is 2,400day during this pahse, this would be 1,200 calories of protein, which is hard to get in yoru daily diet without supplementation.Therefore, I recommend Optimum Nutrition's Hydro Whey, which is my favorite. The Turbo Chocolate' really does taste like chocolate and they keep the added junk to a minimum. Good stuff.

          Question: July 17, 2012Beets are very sweet and can help a lot with taste. Apples are also a great way to bring a bit of sweetness to the juice. The Golden Delicious (the solid light green type) and Honey Crisp types are some of the swsteeet and best apples for juicing. A great refreshing and easy-on-the-palatte green juice recipe is : 12 small green cabbage, 2 stalks of celery, 3-4 kale leaves, 1 golden delicious apple and 12 a lemon.               Question: Love everything about these vinamits but none of my 3 girls will eat them. The flavor is gross Mom! They have been taking either Nordic Berries or Organic Yummi Bears multivitaminboth of which they love. I really liked what was in these vinamits so I am disappointed.

                      Question: he never said you don't need vitamins, but we in dvpeloeed nations get everything we need, IN GENERAL, from our diet, whether it's a tailored, perfect diet or not. Lack of vitamins and minerals isn't our problem, excess of things is. Unless you have some sort of food allergy or restriction that keeps you from getting something, multivitamins are just a relatively harmless way to make expensive urine.
