Inositol is readily absorbed and used to produce the active inositides as necessary.* The various forms of inositol (phosphatidylinositol and inositides such as IP3) are active in cell-to-cell communication, including the transmission of nerve impulses.* Tissues that are affected include the brain, liver and muscles (myo-inositol).* Inositol is an indirect source of glucose and glucoronic acid, which are essential to liver detoxification.* Inositol is derived from rice bran and is made in Japan by Tsuno Rice Company.
Take 1/4 teaspoon, preferably dissolved in fluid, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.

Question: July 17, 2012Beets are very sweet and can help a lot with taste. Apples are also a great way to bring a bit of sweetness to the juice. The Golden Delicious (the solid light green type) and Honey Crisp types are some of the swsteeet and best apples for juicing. A great refreshing and easy-on-the-palatte green juice recipe is : 12 small green cabbage, 2 stalks of celery, 3-4 kale leaves, 1 golden delicious apple and 12 a lemon.
