Product: Moisturizing Cleanser (4 oz.) Asked on: November 26, 2012 Question: (Health and Beauty) I purchased this after my hair began fnlailg out everywhere AND breaking off. It was either from a bad straightener (definitely do a strand test before hand) or from weight loss surgery. Either way I would see dozens of strands hanging from the bottom of my hair. It took over a month before I finally saw results. I was on my second set of the Nioxin before it worked. It is pricey but you are better off getting the larger sizes as the smaller set runs out very quick. It doesn't foam or get sudsy but it does feel as if your scalp is on minty fire. My scalp actually hurt and throbbed the first time I used it for a couple of hours afterwards. It's like listerine for you scalp. The System 3 actually looks like a blue gel. Also, I would sometimes have to use an additional conditioner because Nioxin did seem to leave my hair feeling tangled and dry but a relative who used it (and said it stopped her hair loss too) did not have the tangled hair I did. It worked for me but it took time and now my hairs aren't on the floor, all over the pillowcase, or on my sleeves. It will still fall out when I am styling with flat irons or generally being rough with it. I also took vitamins, biotin, and used the leave in spray from Nioxin that should be used daily. Also you may be able to find a better deal at your local discount big box stores or local salons but do get the larger size so you can give it a chance to see if it works.

Product: Bifidophilus (90 chew tabs) Asked on: November 26, 2012 Question: Burning only after urinating?My story sttras about two weeks before Thanksgiving. I went on Augmenten (sp?) for a sinus infection. While on my 57th day I started to get a burning sensation when I peed. I thought it was a yeast infection so I treated it over the counter with Monistat one night treatment. It seemed to get better.. and then it came back. I went to the gynocologist and was told I had Bacterial Vaginosis, and was given a three-day treatment of oral Flagyl. I seemed fine for awhile, but then the burning after urination came back around mid-december. It did not go away. Then, I got a UTI, which was treated with Cipro(i think). Then not long after I went to the gynocologist and was told I had yeast. I was treated with the one-day pill for yeast. The burning went away for 5 days, then came back. Then I was put on Terconizole (sp?) vaginal suppository for 3 days.. it didn't go away. So I called my gyno and I was then given a 5 day regiment of Metronidazole gel suppository. I've now taken it for three days, and while I have improvement, I sitll have the burning. It ONLY burns after I urinate, and my labia and vaginal opening burn, not up inside. It burns for awhile and then goes away. I do not have a UTI, seeing as I self-treat myself for them now since my gynocologist gave me the prescription for it.. Has anyone had anythign similar happen, or know what I can do to help. I haven't been able to have sex with my boyfriend for almost a month and I haven't gone a day without some sort of burning. Help!!!and p.s I have been taking probiotic acidopholus (sp?)I would like to add that I've had enough UTIs this past year to know it isn't one now.. Plus I have the selftreat meds for it which didn't make it better. It's burning on my vagina UTI is in the urethra and up.
