Jarrow Formulas Jarrow's Organic Flax Seed Oil is concentrated in beneficial Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. This fresh pressed, unrefined oil is handcrafted using the exclusive omegaflo process which eliminates both light and oxygen during manufacturing. Bottling oil in this opaque container while using inert gas excludes light and oxygen, and minimizes fatty acid oxidation. The bottle has been exhaustively tested and is inert in the presence of Flax Seed Oil. "Pressing" and "Better Before" Dating guarantees the freshness and integrity of Jarrow's Organic Flax Seed Oil.

Take 1-3 tsps of Jarrow's fresh pressed Organic Flax Seed Oil daily. Use in salad dressings, sauces, soups and shakes. Use in place of butter on vegetables, rice, potatoes, and toast. For maximum freshness, consume within 6 weeks of opening.
