It took about 30 days -- I was following the directions taking 1 capsule daily -- until I started to notice less pain. I was taking acetiminiphen doses 2 to 3 times daily prior to that. One morning I realized I felt much better and stopped the daytime pain pills and was virtually pain-free for the rest of the day. I had told my family doctor about tumeric and she agreed it was OK for me to take and that it was "a long-time treatment." I am now about to order more Tumericforce.
