Cinnamon has a long history as a spice and medicinal herb. Essential oils found within the bark of the cinnamon tree are believed to give cinnamon its' healing abilities. Helps with regulating my blood sugar. I take it before a meal. i have also found it helps with inflammation in my knees. I was reading about Cinnamon extract that it may slow or stop harmful bacteria or fungi from growing. I am sure it is helping my immune system also. Great product, Low price!
