I've been taking this product for about 15 years. I began menapause early (35 years old) as did my Mother. I tried other products but this was a life saver. I would wake up with the entire front of my gown wet and then the chills would come. Have no more problems now. I'm now 65 and I'm staying on it as long as I feel the need.
