Iodoral has been formulated to replenish cells devoid of adequate amounts of Iodine. Iodine is a mineral essential to bodily maintenance; amounts of Iodine can be found in every single cell throughout our bodies. An Iodine deficiency may cause feelings of fatigue, irregular body temperatures- chills & hot flashes, and in some cases, Hypo- or Hyperthyroidism.

Traces of Iodine are most prominent within the Thyroid Gland, Prostate, and in the Uterus and Ovaries in women. Scientific studies conclude that a deficiency in Iodine could be directly related to increases in births resulting in mental retardation, and heightened cases of infertility in both men & women. In addition to promoting reproductive health, Iodoral is acknowledged to greatly decrease radiation poisoning due to nuclear fallout, cancer treatment, etc.

Common concerns with Iodine supplements may be occurrences of dyspepsia and a foul bitter taste in the mouth. Optimox binds the Iodine + Potassium Iodide in a base of colloidal silica which ensures proper release of the constituents. This method of formulation reduces the possibility of any sort of gastric upset. A thin film of pharmaceutical-grade coating has been applied to advert bitter aftertaste.

Benefits:

Suggested use:

The suggested daily amount is 1-4 tablets/day as recommended by your physician. Work closely with your physician while on the Iodoral program. Report to your physician any history of thyroid surgery and/or radiation, chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (Hashimoto), and any previous problem with your thyroid.
Before starting Iodoral, your physician (He/She = He) will order blood tests for hematology, blood chemistry and thyroid functions. He will also perform an ultrasound of your thyroid to measure the size and appearance of your thyroid. Depending on the results of the thyroid function tests and ultrasound, he may order some blood tests for thyroid antibodies. If you are taking thyroid hormones, let your physician know about it.
Be aware that Iodoral enhances the response of your body to thyroid hormones (4,6). Subjects on Iodoral® feel warmer in cold environments and that is expected. However, you will need to cut down the amount of thyroid hormones if you experience palpitation, anxiety, increased sweating and intolerance to heat. That is because Iodoral® decreases your need for thyroid hormones.
Your physician will guide you in titrating downward the amount of thyroid hormones. Your physician will reevaluate you one month afterward if you are on thyroid hormones, and 3 months if not. Keep a record of what you observe while on Iodoral® and show it to your physician.

A friend recommended this product. I was losing my hair, gaining weight, fatigued and just feeling very weak. I have been taking Iodoral now for 8 months and seen a significant difference in my hair and also I am so much more active than before. I can play for hours with my grand children now and not feel exhausted. The weight it slowing coming off also. It is amazing how the thyroid can really throw your whole body out of whack. Seacoast has a great price on this and I get this in just a few days.

Seacoast vitamins offered me the best price for Iodoral I've found and got the product to me at lightening speed. I always leave my ordering until the last minute and I had the Iodoral before I even ran out of my old stuff. Great job. Some companies I'd ordered from took as long as a week to ten days to ship it to mea nd charged outrageous shipping and handling fees. I'll keep ordering from Seacoast. Thanks, Marlee
