They want to modernize the whole thing, which is a good idea. The FSA will (A) regulate food safety and labeling to strengthen the protection of the public health (B) ensure that food establishments fulfill their responsibility to process, store, hold, and transport food in a manner that protects the public health of all people in the United States (C) lead an integrated, systemwide approach to food safety and to make more effective and efficient use of resources to prevent food-borne illness (D) provide a single focal point within the Department of Health and Human Services for food safety leadership, both nationally and internationally and (E) provide an integrated food safety research capability, including internally generated, scientifically and statistically valid studies, in cooperation with academic institutions and other scientific entities of the Federal and State governments again, nothing bad yet. Things to keep in mind, though: food establishment means a food processing building slaughterhouse, factory, facility, etc. that processes food or stores or transports it. Food production facility means a farm, ranch, orchard, CAFO, etc. as well as restaurants, any place where food is prepared directly for the customer, and fishing vessels (unless that fishing vessel also processes its catch).Here's where things get tedious: adopt and implement a national system for the registration of food establishments and foreign food establishments, as provided in section 202 of this Act but will also provide technical assistance to farmers and food establishments that are small business concerns (meeting the requirements of section 3(a) of the Small Business Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder) to assist with compliance with the requirements of this Act. This is the bit that sounds like the USDA's NAIS.Section 202 gets into the registration process. Section 205 goes into the inspection process and this is where you'll need to know about the different categories of food establishments that they're setting up. The category that will affect farmer's markets is CATEGORY 3 FOOD ESTABLISHMENT- The term category 3 food establishment' means a food establishment (other than a category 1 or category 2 establishment) that processes cooked, pasteurized, or otherwise ready-to-eat seafood or other animal products, fresh produce in ready-to-eat raw form, or other products that pose a risk of hazardous contamination. Cat 3 establishments will have random monthly inspections and have to keep up verification that their processes are controlled. Whatever that means. Like I can control where my cats pee in my veggie garden. Shuh.More tediousness: establishments will have to keep records of (A) the origin, receipt, delivery, sale, movement, holding, and disposition of food or ingredients (B) the identity and quantity of ingredients used in the food (C) the processing of the food (D) the results of laboratory, sanitation, or other tests performed on the food or in the food establishment (E) consumer complaints concerning the food or packaging of the food (F) the production codes, open date codes, and locations of food production Prohibited acts: for a food establishment or foreign food establishment to fail to register under section 202, or to operate without a valid registration, and to slaughter an animal that is capable for use in whole or in part as human food at a food establishment processing any food for commerce, except in compliance with the food safety law, and basically not following this Act's provisions.I haven't read through Titles 3-5, except for that one last bit on prohibited acts from Title 4.

Question: Sleep problems are asked rurglaely on Y! Answers, so i made up a compilation of things which have helped me: Hare are some things you can do to help you get high-quality sleep: 1) Have your room as dark and quiet as possible at night. This REALLY makes a difference. 2) Drink more water than you usually do, before going to bed. I know this means you'll probably have to get up to pee in the night, but you should be able to get back to sleep better when you have a full tank of water in you.. being properly hydrated really helps relax the mind, both while awake AND while asleep!! 3) Shower before going to bed, and after a while in the warm water (not too hot: this can harm your quality of sleep), give yourself a solid shot of cold water 30 seconds or so. Then go back to warm, to get warmed up again. This sounds crazy i know, but it works!!! Do it a couple of times, but always end up with warm. 4) Even if you don't have a shower before retiring, towel yourself off VERY well before hitting the sack. This will do two things: it will get you nice and dry, which always promotes better sleep, and it will increase your body's ability to get rid of toxins while sleeping. 5) Shortly before going to bed, say a half an hour before or so, go for a walk in the fresh air outside. This can help relax you quite a bit. 6) Gently stretch before going to bed. This will help relax your muscles and promotes better quality sleep. 7) Don't eat anything within a couple of hours of retiring: the energy and water used digesting food in the stomach is diverted from other places in the body, and the result is a poorer quality sleep. Instead of just water before bed-time, why not try a relaxing herbal tea? Peppermint works well, chamomile is great, and there are sleepy-time brews available from some of the major brands of herbal tea makers. I like the one with the Pooh-Bear on it best. 9) Have your room cool at night: this promotes better sleep. Wear socks to bed, however cold feet and good sleep do NOT go together, lol! 10) If you are in a place where you can open the window without letting in a lot of noise, the fresh air will help you sleep. 11) Always sleep with your mouth and nose outside of the covers. If you sleep with them under the covers, you are breathing in all the stuff you just breathed out and this is NOT healthy!! These are some things i have found to promote a good night's sleep. Question: wrinkles can be caused by many dneffreit things. sun damage and sun exposure are higher on the list. make sure you are wearing a facial moisturizer with at least a 15 spf. after applying the wrinkle cream apply vaseline around your eye (at night). this will lock in the cream and also preserve the skin. when cleansing or toning, make sure you don't over do it. the skin produces its own oil that is so much better than lotion. drink plenty of water. and lastly, try not to squint. that may sound funny, but by using those muscles over and over causes the skin to crease.i hope that helps sweetie, and good luck with getting rid of them! also, if you are wearing foundation, make sure you prime your face with a facial makeup primer, this is to prevent the foundation from getting into the wrinkles.kristen
