Question: Works for me! I first bought 3 in 1 in Joint Formula dietsrapeon to help with burning and pain in both of my knees caused by torn meniscus several years back. Other Glucosamine and Chondroitin products gave me upset stomach and didn't seem to work at all. I found this, tried it, and it worked! The combination of ingredients in this 3-in-1 work to completely eliminate the needle sharp pain and dull aching burn in my knees- for months and months! Take the whole bottle. Directions say take 6 caps per day. I would take 2 or 3 at a time, several times a day and not always the full 6 per day. Relief started for me after about 10-12 days.
