    Question: I have a 12 year old golden reveietrr. I have been feeding him Happy Hips treats for almost a year hoping the glucosamine helps with his arthritis. He eats the treats like crazy. I like the fact they are apple, banana, chicken and sweet potato. They are healthier than store bought treats. I have the same hope for the chicken oats dry dog food. This dog food came the other day, I cut the bag open to dump it into a plastic tub and by mistake I tipped it over a little and some of it went scattered all over the floor. Well, my dog with the arthrtis jumped right up and cleaned up the floor in no time, tried sticking his head in the bag and then wagged his tale licking my face. If this is as good as the treats, I know it will help with his arthritis. Amazon is the cheapest I have found for this food, plus the free shipping is a bonus. I bought mine when Amazon had a 20 percent promotion so it was an added bonus. Thanks Dogswell and Amazon.

            Question: Hey brad, my name is Omar. I have been following your work for about half a year now (maybe a lltite under it). I am a huge fan of Rusty from fitnessblackbook, although i do disagree on some of his stuff about working out legs.I have a few questions for you. Right now ide say im about 10-15lbs of fat before i hit the 10 body fat level. In some of your videos you talk about metabolism and its effect on what you eat and how it wont change. One extreme was going on a 500 calorie diet, which is unrealistic. But when i am doing intermittent fasting, say every other day or every 2 days, whats wrong with having a 500 call meal at the end of your fast (7:00 pm)? If theres anything wrong with it.My next question has been shot down by so many people and those who shoot it down, or at least try to, never have good answers. It is losing fat while gaining muscle. I know many have said its possible but you wont lose a lot of fat and you wont gain a lot of muscle. Losing fat is about having a caloric deficit over a long period of time with some resistance training. Building muscle is about how much work you put on your muscles to allow them to grow (i am very happy to have read your book on protein as i was a skeptic about the protein shakes and all the protein you should eat for building muscle). I have always asked why you need a calorie surplus to put on muscle? The answer i always get is because you need to supply the muscle with proper nutrients. Well why not supply it with nutrients but still have a calorie deficit to lose fat? Okay fine, im not a nutritionist, so lets do this.Over the course of the week, say for example you workout in the mornings. I usually work out 4xweek. I do all my muscle groups in 4 consecutive days in the mornings. Why cant i fast the other 3 days and go on a 500 calday for the 3 days im not working out?This way my body is getting enough nutrients from all the calories im eating, and by the end of the week im in a caloric deficit to lose fat? Long comment, but i hope you have the time to answer my questions. Thanks alot and keep up the good work.

              Question: You should not have any side eftcefs to taking enzymes unless you take way too many or don't eat within 5 minutes. This feels a little bit more like burning. If you take too much HCL acid, you could get a bit of an acid reflux effect, but this would go away by dialing down the dose. If you're getting headache and nausea you're probably experiencing a detox effect, which will pass. No milk (dairy) and no fruit juice (too sugary). Herbal tea is ok, but water is the staple beverage.
