          Question: I bought the Weil Omega-3 sltegfos because I liked the fact that the company tests its fish oil for heavy metals and contaminants and because the fish oil is from a sustainably managed fishery. (The fish are Peruvian sardines and anchovies and because they are small, young fish they are less likely to contain heavy metals in the first place.) I have never experienced the fishy taste or aftertaste that other reviewers cite. I take the sltegfos daily. They are a tad large, but somehow the softgel is perfectly easy to swallow. I intend to buy these again on Amazon.com.

            Question: Creatine Monohydrate is a safe supplement to take. The only parieutcon I would warn a potential user about is possible dehydration. Chances are if you are interested in body-building that youre healthy enough to stay hydrated throughout the day (I recommend around an ounce of water per pound of body weight). If taking CM you'll want to make sure that youre getting proper hydration, especially immediately after you take the supplement to insure proper absorption. Also, keep in mind that you quickly loose bulk when you stop taking this supplement but it is safe to take for extended periods of time as long as you closely follow the dosage instructions. Whether you take the supplement or not, there is already Creatine in your system so overdosing on an external form of Creatine can throw of your body's ability to properly synthesis it.

The only way to lower the glucose level is the right diet and exercise and medication, as prescribed by your doctor.
