Product: Adrenal Formula (100 caps) Asked on: January 14, 2013 Question: I'm male, 25 old, ectomorph body type with clasisc seer' constitution. Sensitive to stress, stimulants, stomach gets upsetnervous easily etc.Over the past 5 years, due to consistent work stresses and not enough play, I've become burn out and have developed many symptoms of hyperthyroidism and adrenal fatigue (sleep problems, overall depression, feeling druggedweakdopey and times, brain fog, hot body temp sweat easily, lower than normal testosterone, DEHA, progesterone and erratic cortisol levels throughout the day). In addition to lifestyle changes I'm making, I wish to get advice on supplements(s) that will help my body naturally restore itself. My preference is for things made from whole foods and herbs.I'm currently just taking:1 Multi VitaminMineral (by new chapter')1 Salmon Oil (1000mg)2 B Complexes (by megafoods')Extra Vit CAnd I've begun drinking 1-2 cups of ginko tea daily and a lemon balm or peppermint tea in the evening.I wish to try a herbal formula and perhaps an adrenal gland extract. Can anyone recommend a good herb formula that isn't too stimulating but will build up my adrenals and balance my thyroid?I've tried maca and panax ginseng, both made me feel better at first but then I overheated and became jittery.I feel I may tolerate Siberian ginseng better and have never had problems with ginger and cayenne in my food. So was considering Dr Christopher's containing:Mullein, Licorice, Siberian Ginseng, Gotu Kola, Hawthorn, Lobelia, Ginger Cayenne.Any suggestions would be very appreciated. I don't have a herbalist or natrupathic doctor where I live.
Product: Digestive Enzymes Book Asked on: January 14, 2013 Question: I had several blood tests done, but none teestd for nutritional deficiencies. A naturopathic doctor knew I was suffering from a digestive problem involving food sensitivities after 10 minutes of listening to me describe my symptoms. Needless to say, I wish I had considered an alternative healthcare provider sooner. They can't always fully explain a causesolution relationship, but they frequently fix the problem. That, to me, is the most important thing not giving the disorder a name.

Product: Badd Ass Mass (60 capsules) Asked on: January 14, 2013 Question: Thanks, Norma, for the info and link! It seems what I have would indeed be bttier, and that the red ruffled (or Hmong) eggplant should be eaten while still green next season! I usually cook the okra as a curry with indian spices (Bhindi Masala), or in a cajun gumbo. I like the idea of stir-frying, looks much like the braised green beans and tomatoes I posted about!
Product: Russian Choice Immune (60 Vcaps) Asked on: January 14, 2013 Question: In my years as a Veterinary Technician, I have seen the pain and suffering that cacenr caused in our canine patients. And also would see the fear and uncertainty in the eyes and hearts of their owners. And while it was my job to help both the patients and owners, it wasn't until I faced the dreaded cacenr in my own fur baby that I realized I too needed more information on how to fight cacenr and in particular, Mast Cell Carcinoma. I was feeling overwhelmed and very much in the dark as to what would be the best way to treat and help Lucy, what hope was there, and what more could be done to combat this killer. That is when I got Dr. Dressler's first book, The Coping Guide , and then his first edition of The Dog Cancer survival guide . Armed with these two great books, I took on the challenge and did not feel so lost or alone. By following Dr. Dressler's suggestions on supplements, and diet, and also using his cacenr support supplement Apocaps, I felt that I am giving Lucy a much better chance to survive than with just the conventional treatments at hand. That was two and one half years ago and our Lucy is still doing well and has remained in remission. And now with this newest edition of Dr. Dressler's book, the average pet owner has even more information to help them fight and win the battle. Don't wait to get this book as knowing what to do before you are faced with cacenr is the best approach. The layout of the book is great with chapters on the various types of cacenrs, conventional and alternative treatments, supplements, preventions, etc. Tragically at one point or another everyone will eventually know someone or be that someone who will need the information within this book. I keep this new edition close at hand for quick reference whenever needed.
