Question: You should not have any side eftcefs to taking enzymes unless you take way too many or don't eat within 5 minutes. This feels a little bit more like burning. If you take too much HCL acid, you could get a bit of an acid reflux effect, but this would go away by dialing down the dose. If you're getting headache and nausea you're probably experiencing a detox effect, which will pass. No milk (dairy) and no fruit juice (too sugary). Herbal tea is ok, but water is the staple beverage.

Question: Im assuming alot of tgnihs in this post so i may be way off. If you arent a person who has extreme views as far as noone should be allowed to ever harm a living thing even to eat it , and are just a person who dosent like to eat beef or pork for whatever reason then why not eat it in less conspicious ways like by eating vegetable soup made with beef stock or chicken stock. You still get the right nutrients your body needs but you dont have to cut into a big fat steak to do it.
