It's a high-quality sublingual (under the tongue) B12 with B6 and Folic Acid (which, when paired with B12, has been shown to lower HOMOCYSTEIN levels in the blood, helping to reduce heart attack risk). My husband was diagnosed with NEUROPATHY (numbness in hands and feet) several years ago, apparently related to a lack of B12.               Question: If you are loosing more then 100 hairs a day then you shluod start evaluating your options to check hair loss as otherwise if you are loosing hairs below this range then it is considered normal and you need not worry about that and start any medication. There is no general best solution for hair loss and different conditions require different approach, medication, product or treatment. For example if your hair loss is due to a medical condition such as acute infection you need to treat that condition and in most cases hairs lost during such illness regrow back when health gets back to normal. If you are suffering from Male Pattern Baldness then the underlining cause is always DHT, an anabolic hormone primarily responsible for hair loss. So the treatment in this case would be either use natural supplements such as Saw Palmetto or otherwise FDA approved drugs such as minoxidil or finastride to control DHT and thus prevent further hair loss and even regrowth is possible in some cases. So i would suggest if you really think you are substantial hair loss then ideally have a medical checkup done which takes not much time and ensure the reason behind your hair loss. Once that is known you would be in a much better position to analyze what vitamin, or products or treatment you need to use. Otherwise you may end up treating something which does not even exist and may even further deter your condition due the side effects some of the treatments carry.                 Question: I have a daughter that was told 2 yrs ago, after two pieecs of intestine were removed, that the surgeon thought it looked like Crohn's disease. She is due to have the baby June 19th, and two weeks ago they discovered an absess on her abdomen, and did surgery to remove it. She is healing with the help of the wound vac and is wondering if there is any info out there to give her some idea what labor will be like with this complication. Her doctor is not aware of any info on this subject, so I am writing ot you. Thank you for any help in this matter. The absess is believed to come from the scarring from the previous surgery.
