Product: Cinnamon - Standardized (60 vcap)* Asked on: March 22, 2013 Question: My husband is a type II diabetic and takes Metformin. He takes 500 mg. in the morning and 500 mg. in the afternoon. Mid morning and at night he takes one of these cinnamon capsules. Is that too much?Often his blood sugar drops between meals and he gets dizzy. Thanks for your response.

I have heard of people stating they gained 5 pounds in a month and others that have stated they have gained around 10 pounds.
