Question: Can this product be crushed or chewed, or does it need to be swallowed whole (e.g., if it is slow-release)? Thanks.
    • 0 0 A: These are not labeled as slow release. Though tablets in general are recommended to be swallowed I have heard of some people crushing them and mixing them in juice or water. Please note that doing so could result in loss of potency.  Vote down - Vote up

Product: HCA Garcinia Cambogia (250 mg 2 oz)
      Asked on: March 20, 2013
Question: Hi you have so many products on sale here of Garcina Cambogia which one should i purchase its confusing tablets drops which ones best
      • 0 0 A: Yes we do have a wide variety for our Seacoast.com members to choose from. It is mostly a matter of preference as some people cannot swallow pills. A reason why some customers like these particular drops is because it is sublingual which creates a more easily digested HCA. This is a positive thing because adverse effects are less common this way and most customers say they do not experience them with these drops.  Vote down - Vote up
