    Question: does this contain any dairy? im not allowed any dairy so im trying to use soya based products, could you recomend any gainers that are just soya
    • 0 0 A: Unfortunately this supplement does have dairy in it. All of our products labeled as weight gainers due of some sort of dairy in it. Most weight gaining products are high in calorie and that is typically how the weight is gained (consumption of extra easy calories). We do have raw dairy free meal replacement that is pretty high in calories. It provides a high amount of organic nutrients, however please note that this is not labeled as a weight gainer.       Question: Does you fiber contain sugar? I want NO sugar or aspartame. I can tolerate an earthy taste if I can avoid those poisons.

      Question: My body does not absorb B-12 from food or pill supplements. I now take an injection of 1000 mcg every three weeks, but I'm not crazy about giving myself the injections in my arm. If your product would be absorbed sub-lingually, I'd rather do that. Would it work in my particular case?
      • 0 0 A: I understand your concern and can see how you may want to take B12 in another form than injections. Unfortunately I cannot positively confirm if this would work in your case but you might want to ask your doctor.
