Review This multi-vitamin has everything I was looking for - specifically vitamins B6, B12, calcium citrate, and iron. Plus, it has been easier to digest than other multi-vitamins that I have tried. I also like that the recommended dose is 6 capsules, so I can take 1 or 2 in supplement to a healthy diet and not feel "over-vitamined".
Review I find the Natural Factors women's multi vitamin excellent as I have never been able to take b vitamins before without reacting badly - i.e. losing my appetite and getting digestive problems, headaches etc. Also, I really like that the proportions of b vitamins are the same as they occur in nature, rather than being identical amounts
