Review I can't recommend this product. It left me feeling bloated all the time and constipated. How much water would I need to drink to have the benefits without the bloating? I can't drink more water than I do now (2 liters a day), it's simply not practical for me! Plus, I can't say that it has really curbed my appetite. So, I'm finishing my second bottle and I'm stopping the use of the product.
Review I have tried many Superfoods on the market today and got hooked on Orac and Energy Protein and Greens. The cost is reasonable and the ingredients are pure, pesticide free, no fillers binders and organic. I have a very busy schedule and don't always stop for a meal during the day. I just add water to one scoop and I feel great! I have reduced my daily supplement intake dramatically since using Orac Energy, knowing with just one scoop per day, I'm getting more than any multivitamin can supply. Some Superfoods taste just awful but not this product. I can add one scoop to straight water and it's easily drinkable. Thanks Seacoast for offering this outstanding product at such a great price.
Review pepogest (one capsule) reduced the cramping by 50% within 2 hours . an additional capsule 2 hrs later reduced the cramping by 80%
each capsule was followed by 2 glasses of water. i was thrilled since the meds i was taking for the cramping were not working at all
