Use Instruction:
Each Active H2 tablet infuses a full bottle of water (12-16 oz.) with a high dose of health-promoting Molecular Hydrogen (H2).
Obtain a 12-16 oz. sturdy plastic bottle (or coated aluminum bottle) with a tight-sealing screw-on cap. Avoid glass bottles because of the considerable build-up of H2 pressure. Fill the bottle to the brim so there is no air space and add one tablet. Cap the bottle very tightly. In a clear plastic bottle you can observe a cascade of H2 bubbles.
Wait until the Active H2 tablet completely reacts and disappears (approximately 10-15 minutes).
Chilling the water helps maintain Molecular H2 potency and enhances taste.

General Use:
Place one (1) tablet into a full 12-16 oz. bottle (must be full to the brim) of water. Allow the tablet to react for 10-15 minutes before consuming. Chilling the H2 infused water helps maintain its potency longer and enhances flavor.

Optional General Use with fruit and vegetable juice:
Place one (1) tablet into a full 12-16 oz. bottle (must be full to the brim) of fruit juice. Chilling the H2 infused juice helps maintain its potency longer.

Sports and Athletic Use:
Place one (1) or two (2) tablets into a full 16 oz. bottle (must be full to brim) of water or sports electrolyte drink. Allow tablet(s) to react for 10-15 minutes before consuming. Chilling H2 infused water or sports drink helps maintain H2 concentration longer.

Ingredients: Proprietary Hydrogen Matrix [maltose, malic acid, magnesium, magnesium (magnesium oxide), magnesium (glycinate), magnesium (malate), fumaric acid, sodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium citrate, calcium citrate.

Note: Magnesium mineral residue may be observed on the bottom of the bottle after prolonged use of Active H2 tablets. This residue can easily be removed by pouring 1-2 tablespoons of white vinegar into the bottle, applying the cap, and agitating it until the residue dissolves. Rinse the bottle thoroughly with clean water.
