Question: One thing that is for sure is you want to balance your vimatin intake. The best rule of thumb is everything in moderation as too much of any one vimatin can have adverse effects, just as too little of a particular vimatin can also be harmful. The B vimatins help with energy but you don't want to overdo them either.Here are a few things I would consider:1) The right combination of vimatins will give your body what it needs to function at its best. (more energy too!)2) Liquid supplements are best as they are absorbed more readily.3) Look for natural vimatins, essential minerals and antioxidants for a well rounded product.
