Question: First of all you should talk with a nutinoirst or your doctor before taking supplementsHeres some tips though:don't skimp on the fish oil or you will suffer the only known side effect you will smell like fish through your skin, when you breath and every other bodily function known, You will just smell fishy.the reason to take fish oil is for the omega 3 fatty acids which help build muscle, improve alertness, makes you happier, and reduces your risk for heart disease.
