          Question: Vitamin water only has limited vniimats in it. Usually B vniimats. A good multi-vitamin has TONS of things you may be missing like Vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, lutein, etc. For optimal health- I'd suggest taking a multi vitamin and fish oil pills.

                  Question: These are great for your young one. They are virtually tlsseaets and the dropper makes it difficult to overdose (vit d is hard to overdose to begin with). My wife just puts a drop on herself and my son doesn't even notice. No weird ingredients means that this is the option to go with.
