      Question: I have been taking this pdoucrt since Feb. and it has helped me control the urges I get to snack in between meals. I weighed over 200lb when I started and have lost weight using them and weight watchers. I had used weight watchers before but couldn't control the in between urges to snack. I take two when I get up in the morning. When I catch myself wanting to eat I have to make sure I am hungry before I do eat. Sometimes I have to take two more pills during the day. I did have to take them twice a day at the start.It's a good thing you bought them when you found them because you can't always find them when you want them. IF you find you don't want them, let me know and I will buy them off of you and pay the shipping too.I have tried the other pdoucrts made from the same company and they didn't do anything for me. GOOD LUCK.PS I have been without them all week and have still lost 2 more lbs. Have you ever tried Weight Watchers?

              Question: I have been using homeopathy for over 30 years. And this cough medciine does work. I bought it for my 3 year ancient son, who had a chronic cough. Initially, the pediatrician had given him regular cough medciine that worked at the moment, but the cough kept coming back. After reading an article about long term dangers of regular cough medciines, I chose I didn't want to take the risk. Besides, as I said, the regular cough medciine didn't really work. But the Chestal worked. I have given it to my son for both types of cough: dry and mucus cough. And it works for both. Sometimes he gets an allergy cough and I give him this chestal and it works. Plus, chestal has a sweet pleasant flavor, that he likes. It really tastes like honey, without bitter or chemical aftertaste. All the ingredients are natural and safe. Do take into significance that it might not work as quick as a regular cough medciine. This has never been a problem with us, because we start taking at the initially symptom of cough, consequently it works quick enough. Just be consistent.

Even if you arent diabetic, its still a good idea to minimize your intake of foods and beverages that raise blood sugar, especially alcohol, white potatoes, fruit juices, white sugar, and other refined carbohydrates. Cut back on dairy, too, since yeast loves lactose. Unsweetened yogurt is an exception since it contains insignificant amounts of lactose and is also a good source of lactobacilli. Another exception: Bovine colostrum. It contains immune-boosting substances that have been shown to increase the secretion of immunoglobulin A, which may fight off vaginal infections. Take it in powder form in a dose of 5 to 15 grams per day.You can also restore balance and enhance vaginal health by taking powdered Lactobacillus acidophilus as a supplement and using it as a douche. For optimal results you should consume at least 30 billion organisms a day, typically one to three capsules of a high potency product. (Remember to keep it refrigerated to maintain potency.) Yogurt douches have long been a popular and effective remedy for vaginal yeast infections. However, now that L. acidophilus is available in suppository form, most women prefer the convenience of this method over douches. A typical course is to insert one suppository nightly for one to two weeks. Repeat as often as necessary.I recommend that women with recurrent yeast infections supplement long-term with freeze-dried garlic and olive-leaf extract. Both have potent antifungal properties but do not inhibit the growth of healthy lactobacilli. Take 1,500 mg of garlic daily (about two cloves) and 1 to 2 grams of olive leaf extract a day. Ingesting 1 to 3 teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil a day would also help.

                  Question: Varicose veins are quite genetic. They occur in poplee regardless of activity background. They are a result of excessive standingexcessive pressure on the legs. They occur when the valves in the veins become weakened resulting in blood pooling in the surrounding areas. The only way to correct these potentially harmful buldging veins is through invasive means removal or injection of one of several substances to temporary relieve the pooling.I've never seen any research backing up any of the home remedies'.I'd say ease up on the exercise and take short breaks inbetween sets. Elevate your legs after exercising and avoid wearing tight pantsshort while exercising. This won't cure the varicose veins but will stop them from getting worse.
