Product: Creatine Monoydrate, 600 grams (6 grams/scoop 600 grams) Asked on: January 16, 2013 Question: It should be safe, it is a nautrally occurring amino acid and should not cause an arrhythmia by itself, but then again its not regulated by the FDA and such testing has and is not required.Just a thought but generally when someone is doing a creatine cycle their objective is an increase in mass. The results are subjective at best (it was one of the substances that Mark Mcguire the baseball player claimed to use) but in retrospect the steroids probably had a little more to do with it then the creatine. At 6'04 400 pounds I would think that further mass production might not be your goal.I say keep your money add some cardio and keep an eye on your heart. If it does it again ..see a doctor, there maybe something else going on.Best of LuckTruk

Product: NO Shotgun Black Cherry (672g) Asked on: January 16, 2013 Question: GNC Mega Men Sport Vitamin?Hi everyone, this past weeeknd I went to GNC to pickup some Vitamin C Pills. While I was there the sales guy was telling me about the Mega Men daily multi vitamins. I told him I take Centrum Performance and I'm not interested at this time. The last couple nights I have been reading comparisons and reviews on Centrum and Mega Men. What I read is that most of the Centrum brands including the one I take has Iron as one of the supplements and that extra Iron in mens body can cause prostate cancer. So today after work I stopped in at a GMC Store and talked to a Sales Guy and was told that the Mega Men Sport would be the best for me, so I bought a bottle of it. Now that I got it home I was looking at the ingredients and notice it has Creatine in it. I'm kinda scared about taking it now do to long term side affects of Creatine. Some of the side affects I found is mood swings in young people I'm 23, and Kidney damage. So I'm just wondering what you guys think should I keep the product, or return it for the regular Mega Men that doesn't have Creatine, or just return it to get my money back and forget about GNC all together. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
Product: Candida Take Care (30 VCaps)* Asked on: January 16, 2013 Question: Antibiotics will kill barcetia other than the barcetia that are giving you UTIs this includes beneficial barcetia that naturally inhabit your vagina (I am assuming you are female). Without the protection from these beneficial barcetia, harmful microorganisms such as those that can cause yeast infections able grow. So chances are that the two are interrelated. There are many causes of UTIs but the most common causes are fecal contamination (which is why you should always wipe away from your vagina) or contamination from sexual intercourse if you are sexually active. It is usually a good idea to urinate after having intercourse to help flush away any barcetia that might've gotten pushed into your urethra. It is also important to COMPLETELY finish your antibiotics course, even if symptoms improve. This is because the infection is not entirely gone, and will possible reemerge (maybe even with antibiotic resistant organisms) at a later date.
