Question: I have a 2 oz. bottle of Dr.Christopher's Ear Nerve formula that I was using for my hearing loss and I didn't realize that you could take this orally. I have severe vertigo! what do you suggest that I do? Should I take this orally with food? Please let me know soon so I can start to get better. Laurie Johnson

Directions: As a herbal supplement take 3 drops to 1 teaspoon or externally as needed or as directed by your health care professional. Orally: Shake Well. Take up to 6-10 drops 3 times a day or as directed by your health care professional. Externally: Shake Well. Apply liberally and massage into the medulla (base of the skull) and upper cervical area.
- Ear applications: Shake Well. Always treat both ears. If only one ear is affected, treat the affected ear second. With the head tilted to one side, place approximately 6 drops of Oil of Garlic into the ear that is facing upward. Follow with 6 drops of Ear & Nerve Formula. Place a cotton ball into the ear to stop any leaking that occurs when returning the head to the upright position. Repeat procedure with the other ear.
