    Question: Can this product lower my LDL cholesterol ? My cholesterol is over 200 but less than 220. And can you take magnesium while on this or no . I take a lot of vitamins and thyroid medicine . Thank you for your time and gave a fantastic dayMichele

          Question: I have taken this product before and I find it helps with my bone density. My bone density was down when I didn't take it for a few months. I want to know whether i can take calcium and magnesium while taking this product?
