      I started using this product 4 months ago when a friend of mine told me how well it did for her. I am not so much a sweet eater as I am a cracker and chips eater. I started using this product right after Christmas in 2016 and I have lost 19 lbs. now in almost 7 weeks. It really does help me not crave the things I love to grab and eat. I feel satisfied with only a couple of crackers with a salad or soup instead of one package of cracker in one setting. I stay away from chips completely.
