    Question: does glucomannan contain any vitamine K I am taking coumadin and a thyroid pill is it OK to take glucmannan?
    • 0 0 A: Vitamin K is not added to the Glucomannan Konjac Root for the purpose of supplementation. Nature's Way labels follow requirements set forth by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Vitamins and minerals that are added for the purpose of supplementation must be listed on the label; however, if a nutrient is naturally occurring as part of an ingredient, it is not listed unless it is present at a level specified in the federal labeling guidelines. Therefore, while Vitamin K may be naturally occurring, it is at such a minimal amount that it is not required to be listed on the label. In order to ensure safety and efficacy as well as to lessen the potential for interaction, prescription medications and dietary supplements should be taken as directed on the label or by your healthcare practitioner. Interactions and side effects vary from person to person, but in general, the potential for interactions is greater when combining multiple medications as opposed to dietary supplements.

      Question: Wondering if you would recommend this product if I no longer have a gallbladder? I eat alot of nuts and coconut oil for health but now I'm wondering if this type of food is hurting me because of the fat content. I am about 20 lbs overweight at age 54 and I have alot of belly fat which I can't get rid of. Should I take OX Bile?

        Question: hi i have been juicing beetroot with other fruits daily and also at times when i don have the time i take beetroot juices in crystal form. ok pls let me know if i take the tablets does it have the same benefits as the juices. i have my BP undercontrol and well my stamina has improved and when i workout in the gym i find my cardio has improved. pls furnish me the benefits of these tablets pls thanks cheeers
