    Question: impossible to dissolve .. impossible to swallow ... have to add MIO fruit flavoured water enhancer to swallow it ... tastes like gelatin gunk.... is there a trick to dissolving it ....
    • 0 0 A: You can try mixing it with more water to make it less thick. I have heard of people sprinkling it over their food and not noticing any change in taste or texture but either way, make sure to drink plenty of water as that will help with digesting the pgx and feeling full.  Vote down - Vote up

    Question: what is the proper dose for cystic acne? I am a little confused by all of the options. can you overdose on this stuff?

    Question: Shortly after taking one tablet, the knuckle on the right side of my thumb started to hurt. Within minutes, it was red and swollen. Shortly after taken the second tablet, the same thumb started to hurt on the left side of the knuckle and became red and swollen. After about an hour, the pain subsided but the swelling remained.I am afraid to take anymore.
